Shipping & Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within 15 working days of us receiving your returned item/s. We’ll pay for and arrange the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) if it is within 30 days from the order. Please note- if an item has been opened and is not re-sellable as new we will deduct the loss in value from any refunds.

Unless you have a service agreement with us all suspected defective items will need to be returned to us for testing prior to any replacement items, or parts are dispatched to you.

Each of our products have a warranty, the length of which can be found on the individual product pages. If you do have a defective product we are not liable for any costs you may incur in having defective items prepared for return (i.e. engineer costs to remove said item from a vehicle).

If you need to return an item please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We currently only ship to the UK via our website. If you wish to order from outside the UK please contact us and we will try to accommodate you. If we have the items in stock and your order is placed before 13:00 in most cases your order will arrive the next day. If we are particularly busy it may be 1-2 working days. Please contact us if your order is urgent.
