Fleet Witness provide a complete service, from consultation through to deployment. Our sales team will work with you to understand your requirements and tailor a solution to meet your needs and expectations.
We’ll help you find the appropriate equipment for you and your vehicles, and organise an installation schedule to fit in with your day-to-day activities.
How It works – Planning
At Fleet Witness, we organise and track all installations through our tailored job management software. Once you’ve given us the green light, we’ll ask you to complete a couple of forms so we can get hold of all the necessary information such as vehicle details, site contact information and any special requirements.
If we are under taking a larger deployment we’ll give you access to your own online portal. As a fleet manager, or business owner you can track the installations and run reports so you have a full audit trail. Any installed equipment information is filed into our audit tracking system so you’ll always know what’s where.
Installation and Deployment
When undertaking any installation, we do our research. We’ve installed on a huge variety of vehicles, our team has extensive expertise and experience. We’ve worked on land trains, articulated trucks, forklifts, vans, cars, all the way through to refuellers and specialist lifting gear, if you have something unusual please get in touch. We love a challenge.
Our engineers and any contracted partners have to follow a strict code of conduct, this includes arriving on site at the agreed time with the appropriate equipment and all the necessary health and safety gear.
We’ll schedule your equipment in for installation and keep in contact with you throughout the process. We’ll confirm all fittings prior to our arrival and can always be contacted by phone and email.
All of our fitters are fully trained auto-electricians. The equipment we provide is designed to be functional, but also neat to install, you won’t find reams of excess cable, or untidy wiring looms. We’ll leave the vehicle in the state we find it.
If for whatever reason you are not entirely happy with the installation, we’ll return to rectify it.
Our equipment has been designed so once it is installed very little should ever go wrong. However, we have a very knowledgeable team who are on hand should you need any assistance. In most cases this may just be to help with the recovery of data or video footage, which we are happy to provide.
All products come with at least a 12-month warranty, in which time they can be returned for repair or replacement. If we have provided an installation service you will also benefit from a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Alongside this, we also offer onsite maintenance cover from just £4 per vehicle/per month. Please contact us if you would like to learn more.
